Roche in Basel seeks a Global MSAT DP Pilot Plant Bioprocess Scientist to design and run experiments supporting process improvements and technology transfers within the pilot plant network. You will analyze data, document results, and prepare technical submissions for health authorities as part of an execution-focused team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering or related discipline with 3+ years in industry or PhD with 0–2 years in pharma/biotech process development/manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and execute lab-scale experiments to support process and product improvements and technology implementation.
• Document data and summarize results in technical docs and presentations, supporting health authority submissions.
• Support pilot plant establishment, equipment implementation, and SOPs to start a pilot facility.
• Collaborate across Development, MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory to address process and technology challenges.
