Zusammenfassung

Takeda seeks a Director, Modality Excellence in Zurich to codify and deploy global standards for indirect and enabling processes that influence manufacturing performance, quality flow, cost, capacity, service and reliability.

You will own the lifecycle of standard work, KPI definitions and deployment playbooks across sites, collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing Science and Digital to drive sustained improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, Quality operations, or transformation in pharma/regulated industry.
• Proven ability to define and deploy standard work, KPI systems and performance management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define Operating System elements for each modality, including standard work and KPI architecture.
• Develop KPI hierarchies, data sources and escalation thresholds for site and process levels.
• Lead site diagnostics, design sprints, Kaizen events and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Digital, Quality, Compliance and site teams to translate solutions into operating standards.
