Takeda seeks a Director, Modality Excellence to define, codify and deploy global standards for indirect and enabling processes across manufacturing, quality flow, cost and reliability. Based at a hub/site, you will lead a cross-functional agenda across Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse and Supply Chain.

The role oversees standard work lifecycle, KPI definitions and continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to create a repeatable Operating System adopted across sites. 2-year term.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in manufacturing, quality ops, engineering, maintenance, supply chain or related fields.
• Proven experience defining and deploying standard work, KPI systems and op-ex methods across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of regulated quality processes: deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations.
• Experience with diagnostics, design sprints, Kaizen events, and A3 problem solving.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with global leadership.

Aufgaben

• Define the Operating System elements for each modality, including standard work, KPI architecture, performance standards and maturity models.
• Translate benchmarks into simple, scalable, measurable standards.
• Establish standard work for roles, handoffs, data, and escalation routines.
• Codify best-known ways of working for deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations and maintenance.
• Use AVIX or equivalent tools to analyze work content and identify non-value-added effort.
• Link standard work to process confirmation and leader standard work adoption.
• Define global KPI hierarchies and calculation logic.
• Embed KPIs into LPMS daily/weekly/monthly performance routines.
• Identify opportunities in indirect labor productivity, maintenance, warehousing.
• Lead site diagnostics, design sprints, Kaizen events and deployment activities.
