This senior leadership role requires 8+ years in B2B commercial roles, fluency in English, and a strong track record in specification selling or project pipeline

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field (Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Economics).
• Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• 8+ years in B2B commercial roles, with specification selling or project pipeline management experience.
• Experience with building materials/construction or real estate is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Defines Holcim’s specification selling standards, frameworks, and KPIs for a unified commercial approach across countries.
• Oversees end-to-end strategic specification selling initiatives and hub capability development.
• Identifies priority global accounts and drives conversion on landmark, high-margin projects.
• Works with Segment Leads to align market trends and regulatory demands with product portfolios.
