Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in mineral processing or mining; plant commissioning a plus.
• Knowledge of crushing, screening, sorting and separation processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Support global mineral processing and quarry operations through technical expertise, process optimization, and innovation.
• Work closely with operations, geology, mining, and engineering teams to improve plant performance, evaluate mineral deposits, and implement new processing technologies.
• Support the commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting of mineral processing plants.
• Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Evaluate new technologies and developing business cases for process enhancements.
• Manage laboratory and pilot-scale testing programs and collaborating with external partners.
• Support technical and R&D projects across the organization.
