Job summary

Roche is seeking a Global Medical Science Leader to shape medical strategies for innovative antibiotics and lead end-to-end evidence generation across clinical studies, IISs, real-world data, and collaborations. You will partner with global medical leaders, patient groups, payers and health institutions to support patient access.

You will bring deep Infectious Diseases expertise, bridging global medical vision with local affiliate needs, and lead dissemination strategies across scientific forums

Qualifications

• PhD or MD in Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry Medical Affairs at local and global levels with clinical hospital experience.
• Deep medical expertise in Infectious Diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and respiratory diseases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape medical strategies for innovative antibiotics.
• Design and deliver integrated evidence generation plans across clinical studies, IISs, RWD, and collaborations.
• Build trusted partnerships with global medical leaders, payers, and health institutions.
