Qualifikationen

• PhD or MD in Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry Medical Affairs at local and global levels with hands-on hospital clinical experience.

• Lead and contribute to medical strategies for innovative antibiotics.
• Design and deliver integrated evidence generation plans spanning clinical studies, IISs, real-world data, and scientific collaborations.
• Bring deep medical expertise in Infectious Diseases to guide development, launch, and patient access.
• Build trusted partnerships with global medical leaders, patient organizations, payers, and public-private health institutions.
• Strengthen market access strategies by integrating clinical and ecosystem insights into value-driven solutions.
• Disseminate scientific knowledge through education and peer-to-peer engagement.
• Represent Roche globally, sharing insights with the wider medical community.
• Mentor colleagues across Roche's worldwide medical network.
