Job summary

Idorsia Ltd. in Allschwil, Switzerland, is seeking a Drug Safety Case Manager to ensure accurate and timely management of safety information across the product lifecycle.

You will own adverse event case management, collaborate with physicians, regulatory colleagues, and external partners to guarantee compliance with global pharmacovigilance requirements, and contribute to safe medicines through robust safety reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in drug safety case management.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, disease processes, and safety databases.
• Experience with medical coding dictionaries and safety reporting systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English and EU/EFTA citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage adverse event cases from receipt through submission, including data entry, coding, narrative writing and expedited reporting.
• Prioritize and process safety cases in line with global regulations, SOPs and timelines.
• Identify missing information and coordinate follow-up with Drug Safety Physicians and stakeholders.
• Monitor case workflows and support reconciliation to ensure data consistency across systems.
• Contribute to safety reporting for clinical trials and post-marketing activities.
