Healthcare Diagnostics (Rotkreuz) invites a Material Buyer to join the Global Instrumentation Network. You will own end-to-end procurement for materials and components from international suppliers, manage orders, deliveries, shortages, and drive continuous improvement in procurement performance.

The role emphasizes SAP expertise, supplier collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork within a fast-paced international environment to ensure production continuity and optimal supply chain performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Proven SAP ERP experience (MM, PP, Master Data).
• Experience with PO management, supplier communication, inventory planning, and procurement activities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Process requisitions and create purchase orders for global suppliers.
• Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production.
• Manage JIT and VMI processes, monitor orders and supplier performance.
• Identify shortages, risks, and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
• Maintain SAP ERP and iCollab master data; generate procurement reports.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of Buyer 2/3 team members.
• Drive cross-functional projects to optimize processes and efficiency.
