Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or related function.
• Proven experience developing and executing global category strategies across multiple markets.
• Subject matter expertise in Marketing & Sales Support spend categories or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of commercial needs and translate stakeholder requirements into effective strategies.
• Experience using digital procurement technologies, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evolve the global Marketing & Sales Support category strategy.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract implementations.
• Partner with Commercial stakeholders early to influence requirements and sourcing decisions.
• Use market intelligence and spend analytics to identify opportunities and accelerate value creation.
• Establish governance, performance reviews, and supplier relationship management processes.
