Agoda is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data-driven marketing initiatives for the Flights vertical. You will analyze large datasets, design experiments, and guide cross-functional teams to grow Agoda’s Flights business across multiple channels.

A strong background in data analysis, SQL, Tableau, and leadership is essential. The role requires 8+ years in data analytics within tech/e-commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Data Analyst role or similar with big data projects.
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define Marketing strategy for Flights vertical (excluding pricing).
• Develop growth and optimization strategy for Agoda’s Flights across channels (CRM, Paid).
• Conduct end-to-end analyses of large datasets to derive insights on channel performance, user behavior, and market trends.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply to identify patterns and opportunities using SQL/Tableau.
• Monitor and report on initiative performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring.
