Agoda is seeking a senior leader to craft Agoda’s global marketing strategy and execute it, coordinating with senior management, marketing and product teams, while building and expanding a team of pricing campaign managers and analysts.

You will drive PPC strategy, optimize volumes and margins, manage external partners like Google and Bing, and push a culture of testing and innovation. Strong analytics and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering financial targets.
• People management with hiring, coaching and development.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership.
• Exposure to product development or IT teams is a plus.
• Experience in online travel or e-commerce is a plus.

• Develop and refine PPC strategy aligned with business goals.
• Monitor channel performance, ROI, spend, and KPIs.
