We are looking for a highly motivated Global Marketing Operations Director to join our Maison L’Occitane en Provence global commercial team!
The Global Marketing Operations Director will act as the orchestrator of global marketing execution, ensuring alignment between brand vision and market realities, across all regions and distribution channels. With responsibility across strategy deployment, process governance, toolkit rollout, and performance optimization, this role is central to delivering L’Occitane’s harmonized global brand experience, ensuring effective global marketing strategies and their seamless implementation.
Location: Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva).
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer L’Occitane en Provence.
Cross-regional and cross-channel oversight: overseeing functionally the regional marketing leads
