We are looking for a committed and independent Marketing Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Market Insights:
  • Contribute to the development of a global portfolio strategy by providing insights into customer needs, market trends, and service requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to define winning strategies.
  • Support the development of value propositions and strategic positioning for products and product lines.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on clinical data to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize revenue.
  • Create content and provide input for marketing materials to ensure messages are aligned with the overall strategy, tailored to different regions and launch phases.
  • Support the sales team by providing marketing tools and materials that foster customer engagement.
  • Development Projects & Launch Excellence:
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches in coordination with regional teams to define release and launch approaches.
    • Oversee post-launch marketing activities in key regions.
    • Define KPIs for new products to monitor success.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with markets and key stakeholders.
    • Understand and respect the varying needs of countries and regions regarding products, launches, and marketing.
    • Collect and integrate market feedback to refine product strategies and marketing approaches.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • University degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent working experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing or Product Manager in an international med tech environment.
    • Fluent in English; German at least B1 level.
    • Analytical, structured, and with excellent communication skills.
    • High customer and market orientation.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Willing to travel approximately 20%, with home office possibility up to 40%.
