Job summary

MSC Cruises seeks a Retail Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver the global retail learning strategy across MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys. You will oversee onboarding, product knowledge, luxury service training and leadership development across a fleet of vessels.

With 8+ years in luxury retail training and a track record of managing international teams, you will partner with category managers and brand partners to elevate guest experience and drive commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail training, learning & development or retail excellence.
• Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, or travel retail environments.
• Proven experience designing and delivering sales and service training programs.
• Experience managing international and multicultural retail teams.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer experience and retail selling techniques.
• Experience working with luxury brands and product training programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global retail training strategy for MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys.
• Develop onboarding, product knowledge, selling skills, service excellence and leadership modules.
• Create scalable training programs for a global, multicultural workforce.
• Lead luxury service and soft skills development including storytelling and clienteling.
• Partner with category managers and brand partners to build product knowledge.
• Measure training impact against KPIs and business results.
