Job summary

Albedis SA is seeking a Trade Marketing / Gifting Project Manager for a 3-month assignment, 80–100% workload, based in Switzerland (HQ-driven, worldwide scope). The role covers concept brief to production, ensuring brand standards across markets.

You will drive gifting initiatives across events, boutiques and client programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with suppliers and production partners to ensure on-time global distribution. Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• End-to-end gifting project management experience in luxury or premium brands.
• Strong coordination of cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Budget tracking and cost control across development cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global context.
• Print production knowledge is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of gifting projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand standards and timelines.
• Manage project roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative gifting concepts and draft clear briefs for teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, production partners, and logistics for worldwide distribution from HQ to local markets.
• Provide guidelines and operational support from HQ to facilitate international deployment.
