Job summary

World Economic Forum Geneva seeks a capable Associate to work at the intersection of the Global Lighthouse Network (GLN) and Lighthouse Operating System (LOS). You will coordinate GLN community engagement, application and assessment cycles, and help connect GLN with LOS and CAMSC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, public policy or a related field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in programme or project coordination, stakeholder engagement, community management, events, research or communications.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, technology or innovation is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to synthesize information for different audiences.
• Collaborative and responsive working style, sound judgment, initiative and comfort working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, online community platforms or productivity tools, including AI-enabled tools, is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Community engagement and programming: Coordinate GLN community programming, including the Lighthouse Explore Series and other engagements, manage agendas, speakers and communications.
• Assessment and programme delivery: Coordinate GLN application and assessment activities, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
• Cross-initiative collaboration: Support coordination between GLN and LOS, connect site experiences with LOS tools and learning.
