Job summary

World Economic Forum in Geneva seeks an Associate for the Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains (temporary). The role connects GLN with LOS, coordinating community activities, assessments, and knowledge sharing across global Lighthouse sites.

The one-year grant-funded position supports program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration with the Technology & Innovation group. On-site requirement is three days per week; contract ends 30 June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GLN community programming, including the Lighthouse Explore Series and events.
• Synthesize insights from events and activities into concise internal/external materials.
• Coordinate GLN application and assessment activities with timelines and communications.
• Track workplans, dependencies and deliverables; flag risks early and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Support coordination between GLN and LOS and contribute to program development.
