• Extensive experience in nonprofit compliance, paralegal tasks or legal operations.
• Familiarity with US 501(c)(3) requirements and GDPR considerations is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with external counsel and cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external counsel and oversee filings across US and Swiss jurisdictions.
• Support governance processes: prepare board materials, minutes and policies.
• Track compliance deadlines and audits, including Form 990 and equivalents.
• Manage grant due diligence, sanctions screening, and reporting.
• Translate complex legal guidance into clear, practical language for teams.
