Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Solutions in Switzerland seeks an International Business Leader (CHU) to drive global strategy, market expansion, and portfolio optimization for Coagulation, Hematology & Urinalysis within Core Lab. You will lead the International Business Team, align with global regions, and inspire cross-functional collaboration to deliver the commercial vision.

Strong leadership in diagnostics and international markets is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific and/or business-related field (e.g., life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, economics, business administration).
• Senior-level experience leading, motivating, coaching, and developing people and teams.
• Extensive global business and commercial leadership experience, preferably in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Deep understanding of the diagnostic lifecycle, development processes, and global trends.
• Experience working with international markets.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the long-term strategic commercial vision for the Coagulation, Hematology & Urinalysis Life Cycle Team and 3rd party ecosystem.
• Develop and implement global marketing plans and launch roadmaps across product lines.
• Lead the International Business Team and mentor IPMs and cross-functional members.
• Manage rolling global LCT marketing budget and coordinate with affiliates.
• Interface with R&D, Regulatory, Operations/Supply Chain, IP/Legal, and 3rd party partners.
