Zurich is seeking a Ceded Reinsurance Manager to own end-to-end ceded reinsurance treaties and deliver robust risk transfer solutions globally from Zurich.

You will build strong relationships with reinsurers and internal Business Units, work with senior stakeholders, and shape treaty structures under governance policies. This role offers an international environment, growth opportunities, and a platform to influence pricing and placement decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in reinsurance, underwriting, or as a broker.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance contracts and pricing concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Positioned as a business partner, develop and align treaty reinsurance strategies with stakeholders.
• Structure and negotiate highly complex ceded reinsurance treaties within delegated underwriting authority.
• Design scope of cover, refine contract wordings, and lead end-to-end placement with reinsurers.
• Coordinate exposure information for internal and external treaty pricing.
• Support reinsurance planning, governance, and compliance with risk policies.
