Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader to lead the labeling strategy across therapeutic areas and regions from Allschwil, Basel-Country, Switzerland, or other Swiss locations. You will drive CCDS/USPI labeling and derived texts, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong scientific integrity.

The role requires advanced communication skills, collaboration across functions, and a proactive approach to labeling projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required.
4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required.
3+ years Regulatory Affairs with labeling experience preferred.
Understanding of worldwide regulatory guidelines for labeling required.
Experience leading project teams in a matrix environment required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Experience with document management systems required.

Responsibilities

Lead development, revision, review, agreement, and maintenance of CCDS, USPI and labeling for assigned compounds.
Advise on labeling content, processes, timelines, and scientific integrity; resolve labeling issues.
Contribute to global labeling strategy and knowledge of competitor labeling developments.
Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end labeling process.
