Bentley InnoMed GmbH in Switzerland seeks a finance leader to oversee the financial management of national and international IT projects, shaping business management, processes, and reporting structures of our global IT function.

You will develop KPIs and financial reports for IT and Sales, prepare forecasts and budgets, partner with IT, Sales and PM on business issues, and drive automation and digitization of controlling and planning processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in controlling, ideally project/IT/sales controlling.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, business-oriented mindset.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI and reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Oversee financial management of national and international IT projects.
• Develop KPIs, financial and management reports for IT and Sales; prepare forecasts, budgets, and analyses.
• Act as business partner for IT, Sales and Project Management on business issues.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting.
• Drive automation, digitization and improvements in controlling, reporting and planning processes.
