Zusammenfassung

ITech Consult AG is assisting an aerospace company in Zurich in finding a Business Unit Controller (m/w/d). This interim role partners with BU leadership to drive financial performance and transparency across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in financial controlling, strong SAP FI/CO experience, and excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English, German, and French is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Completed educational degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling.
• Experience with monthly financial reporting to senior management.
• Expertise in SAP FI/CO and other tools.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as sparring partner for the BU in all financial matters.
• Drive P&L, balance sheet and free cash flow with BU leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting to senior management.
• Review project performance and evaluate risks with BU Program Management.
• Conduct cost center reviews and identify cost-improvement opportunities.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Build financial models and business cases including CAPEX.
