Zusammenfassung

Embodied AI, a fast-growing unattended retail tech company, seeks a hands-on IT Operations Specialist (100%) to be the central point of contact for our Digital Workplace Ecosystem. You will resolve day-to-day issues, onboard users, drive device rollouts, and maintain security across our global footprint.

Fluent English is required; Italian and/or German are a plus. Based near our Ticino hub, with travel to Zurich 1–2 times per month.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience in MSP or fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong ability to educate non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent English; Italian and/or German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as central point of contact for day-to-day IT issues.
• Onboard users and deploy equipment across teams.
• Lead rollouts for VMS integrations, MDM setups, and new tools.
• Maintain hardware inventory and ensure secure configurations.
• Educate teams on software tools and best practices.
