The role will partner with regional planning, supply network planning, and product planning to ensure inventory levels meet commitments while minimizing waste.

You will manage complex programs, mentor teams, and leverage ERP/MRP tools to deliver sustainable improvements in inventory performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 10+ years in planning/supply chain roles.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirable.
• APICS certification is highly preferred.
• Process Excellence certification is highly preferred.

• Lead global inventory planning and management processes.
• Drive accurate projections and inventory commitments across locations.
• Coordinate with regional planning, supply chain planning, and product planning teams.
• Implement best-in-class inventory management practices to optimize stock levels.
• Ensure right item, right quantity is available without excess stock or risk to patients.
• Develop KPIs and training for the supply chain team to sustain improvements.
• Collaborate across regions to align programs and priorities.
