Qualifikationen

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in supply chain, performance management, analytics, or a related role within pharmaceutical or regulated industries is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise performance management and supply chain reliability.
• Drive standardized business processes, operational insights, and cross-functional governance for informed decision making.
• Own End-to-End Cycle Time strategy, roadmap, and standardization across processes and reporting.
• Partner with Digital Product, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Promote adoption of Cycle Time as a core metric through governance and training.
