Your Crew

Beyond Gravity is a leading supplier of products for satellites and launch vehicles, driven by a passion for space, innovation and teamwork. Our international teams work together across functions and locations to deliver solutions that challenge the impossible.

As part of our Global Supply Chain organisation, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our global indirect procurement strategy. Working closely with Corporate Functions, Engineering, People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and our international sites, you will ensure that our external service providers deliver value, quality and reliability while meeting our commercial and compliance requirements.

You will take global ownership of assigned indirect procurement categories, with a primary focus on Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel and Contingent Workforce.

Your Mission

Develop and execute global category strategies for Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel, Contingent Workforce and other assigned indirect procurement categories.

Analyse spend, demand, supplier markets, benchmarks and business requirements to identify savings, cost avoidance, supplier consolidation, standardisation and risk-reduction opportunities.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including market engagement, RFI/RFP processes, bid evaluations, business cases, negotiations and award recommendations.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, service levels and framework agreements in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Compliance and relevant business stakeholders.

Govern the engagement of consultants, contractors, interim managers, staffing agencies and other external service providers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable country requirements.

Manage strategic suppliers and service providers by establishing KPIs, SLAs and regular performance reviews, addressing escalations and driving continuous improvement.

Partner with global functions, Engineering, People & Culture and local sites to align procurement strategies with business needs, budgets and operational priorities.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval and signature authorities, contract requirements, purchase-to-pay processes, information security, export control and sustainability standards.

Monitor and report savings, cost avoidance, contract coverage, sourcing pipelines, supplier performance and category risks to Procurement leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Drive procurement process improvements, stakeholder training and global initiatives to strengthen procurement governance, transparency and value delivery across Beyond Gravity.

Strong commercial negotiation, tendering, contract lifecycle management, supplier performance and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical capabilities, including spend analysis, business case development and the ability to quantify savings and cost avoidance.

Working knowledge of procurement governance, approval controls, purchase-to-pay processes and compliance requirements for external service engagements.
