Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT service operation management.
• 2+ years of confirmed people management experience.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies is mandatory.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent is an asset.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Advises delegation management on ICT-related matters and technology solutions supporting operational objectives.
• Ensures information systems meet requirements and integrate with global systems.
• Implements ICT policies and standards adapted to local context and followed by users.
• Negotiates contracts and service agreements with local providers.
• Oversees installation, maintenance, and monitoring of communications infrastructure.
• Ensures ICT security measures align with security standards.
• Leads testing of ICT infrastructure and equipment for reliability and compliance.
• Leads ICT support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
