Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an HR/Payroll professional to support payroll administration and HR activities across our European regions. The role involves processing monthly payroll, managing deductions, and ensuring records compliance in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities include onboarding, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, and supporting special HR/Payroll projects as needed. Travel within Europe and beyond may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR environment.
• Good understanding of labor, social security and wage tax law.
• Very good knowledge of payroll and personnel administration matters.
• Must be computer literate with Word, Excel, Internet, and email applications.

Aufgaben

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
• Calculate and process payroll deductions (taxes, social security, benefits).
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding process, including new hire paperwork and training.
• Maintain accurate employee records and performance evaluations.
• Assist with employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with special HR/Payroll tasks and attend HR meetings.
