Skechers S.a.r.l. is seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Generalist to support the HR Manager in Switzerland. You will handle payroll, personal administration, recruitment support, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, and fluent English and German communication. Occasional travel within Europe may be required, and familiarity with MS Office is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 3 years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor, social security and wage tax law.
• Excellent English and German communications; willingness to travel.
• Ability to read and execute HR reports and policies.
• Computer literate with Word, Excel, Internet, and email.

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
