Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Lenzburg is seeking a Global HR Business Partner for the GPG Semiconductor business. You will support a global organization across Switzerland, the Czech Republic, China, India and the Philippines, and sit in the Grid Integration HR Leadership Team.

You will drive business growth, leadership development, organizational effectiveness and talent outcomes, coach a small team, and influence at all levels from the shop floor to the executive team.

Formación

• Proven years of HR generalist experience in a global manufacturing setting.
• Strong track record in transformation and organizational development.
• Ability to coach and influence at all levels from shop floor to executive.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with data-driven mindset.
• Labor relations experience is a plus; fluency in German and English.

• Strategy leadership: set and implement focus areas aligned with strategy, policies, and guidelines.
