As an International Human Resources Manager, you will lead the implementation of HR initiatives globally. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee and manage full employee lifecycle processes : recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, compensation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership and employees across all locations.
  • Lead the execution of employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and compensation.
  • Drive high-quality hiring efforts in line with business growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with diverse local labor laws and internal standards.
  • Coach and support managers on employee topics and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance HR processes, documentation, and systems.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR modules within the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
  • Collaborate on due diligence and post-acquisition integration during Mergers and Acquisitions activity.
  • Prioritize tasks across time zones with a pragmatic and agile approach.

Requirements :

  • At least 10 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably within tech or fast-scaling international companies.
  • Broad HR expertise across recruitment, performance, development, compensation, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of international labor regulations and ability to support remote teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
  • Independent and output-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English and French; comfortable operating in multiple time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a lean team and flat organizational structure.
