I'm partnering with a leading investment management firm to hire an HR Specialist into their Geneva-based HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 1-2 years of experience who is looking to build their career within a fast-paced, international environment.

Working closely with the HR Manager and wider People team, you will provide critical support across HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of HR services across multiple European locations.

The Role:

This is a broad and hands-on role supporting the HR function from an operational and administrative perspective, while offering exposure to a variety of generalist HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For:

• Must be fluent French speaking
• 1-2 years of experience within an HR, People Operations, HR Administration or HR Coordinator role
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline is preferred
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and service-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
