CSL Vifor is seeking a senior Clinical Development leader to provide strategic medical leadership for global clinical programs across the CVR therapeutic area. You will represent medical science on leadership teams, guide development strategies, and drive high-quality clinical content for regulatory submissions.

The role requires an MD with 8–10 years in clinical development, and a proven ability to lead in a matrix environment with strong collaboration across internal and external Health

Qualifikationen

• MD degree with board certification (or non-USA equivalent) in a relevant subspecialty preferred.
• Clinical development leadership experience in a therapeutic area or complex program.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and tactical Medical & Scientific leadership for global clinical development activities.
• Represent medical leadership on leadership teams and contribute to BD strategy and due diligence.
• Guide clinical development teams to ensure high-quality submissions and robust study designs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with TA core, extended core & functional partners.
