Hupac Group is seeking a Health & Safety Manager (Group & HQ) based in Chiasso, Switzerland, to define the global strategy and safety standards for the entire Group. The role requires coordinating an international network of safety leads and ensuring regulatory compliance across European sites, including Swiss operations.

Ideal candidates bring several years of leadership in Health & Safety, with expertise in Italian regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and Dangerous Goods (RID/ADR).

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Solid training and hands-on experience in Italian Health & Safety legislation (81/08, RSPP/ASPP) is a key asset.
• EKAS/CFSL/MSSL recognition for Switzerland is desirable or willingness to obtain.

• Oversee Swiss sites and direct local Safety Specialist operations.
