• Senior leadership experience with accountability for an international marketing team across regions.
• Strong people leadership capability and talent development.
• Experience leading through change and operating-model transitions.
• Broad B2B marketing expertise to shape campaigns across content, channels and demand generation.
• Experience governing a global portfolio and budget with transparent prioritisation.
• Knowledge of marketing technology, data, automation, and AI enablement.

Aufgaben

• Establish and communicate strategic direction for the global Marketing team.
• Advise Market Practice leaders on propositions and go-to-market choices.
• Translate objectives into an annual Marketing plan with priorities and success measures.
• Create KPI dashboards and lead annual/quarterly planning and budgeting.
• Oversee campaigns, channels, and the website across markets with governance.
• Lead international Marketing team across hubs and time zones.
