Qualifikationen

• At least five years of experience in an audit leadership role.
• Eight to ten years of professional experience in internal audit.
• Experience with risk-based audit methodologies and approaches.
• Experience leading and developing diverse audit teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the OIAI audit leadership, deputizing for the Director and providing strategic direction.
• Oversee design and delivery of risk-based internal and external audit plans; ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with co-source partners and external auditors; provide expert guidance on assignments.
• Develop risk-follow-up methodology and report to Audit and Risk Commission on overdue risks.
• Build and develop a global audit team; ensure cross-location collaboration and staff development.
