Infinigate Group in Rotkreuz (ZG), Switzerland, is expanding its Internal Audit function and seeks an Internal Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits across the organization. The role reports to the Head of Internal Audit and collaborates with senior leadership to strengthen controls and governance.

A Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required; CIA/CPA is a plus. ~3 years in audit leadership and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIA or CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Approximately 3 years of experience as Internal Audit Manager or in a comparable leadership role, preferably international.
• Experience planning and executing audits with risk assessment and control evaluation.
• Willingness to travel frequently and strong stakeholder management skills.
• ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central is a strong advantage.

• Follow up on audit recommendations and monitor implementation timelines.
• Coordinate across entities to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Contribute to strategic projects shaping the Internal Audit function.
