Richemont, a global leader in luxury, seeks an experienced Head of Insurance in Switzerland. You will shape risk strategy across our non-life portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to protect assets and enable sustainable growth.

This hands-on leadership role involves advising senior leadership, guiding execution, and coaching a high-performing, global team while interacting with brokers, policy wording, and Board materials.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
• Minimum of 15 years of corporate insurance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Expert knowledge of global insurance markets, international programs, and captive experience.
• Fluent English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and execute the Group's non-life insurance and risk strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide commercially pragmatic insurance advice.
• Lead design, placement, and governance of insurance programs, including captive strategy.
• Enhance effectiveness through data, technology, and process improvements.
• Provide strategic insight on emerging risks and market developments.
• Foster a culture of partnership, accountability, and development of the team.
