What are your tasks:

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies for the IPL department;
• Lead and manage the IPL team worldwide: recruit, train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
• Oversee the financial aspects of IPL, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost control;
• Manage customer relationships and networking;
• Develop technical solutions and commercial aspects of bids for clients and project owners;
• Manage public relationships and promotion;
• Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of carriers specializing in heavy and oversized cargo transportation for global infrastructure projects;
• Identify and manage risks associated with IPL's operations, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards;
• Manage team performance, staff allocation, and resource planning to meet project requirements, monitor operational KPIs, and adjust strategies for optimal efficiency;

What professional and personal competences are needed?

• 10+ years of extensive experience in projects and project cargo operations, general and OOG cargo logistics industry, with 5+ years in a managerial position within the logistics or transportation industry in an international multicultural company;
• Deep understanding of international shipping, supply chain management, customs regulations, and global trade practices;
• Knowledge of aspects of international logistics and transport;
• Negotiation techniques, presentation skills, networking, and the ability to form business contacts and communicate with the internal and external environment of the company;
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of financial management, budgeting, cost optimization, and understanding and creation of financial reports;
• Leadership;
• Customer orientation;
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and transparency;
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;

Languages: Fluent English, other foreign languages will be an asset.
