Our client is looking for a forward-thinking and data-driven Global Head of HR Processes, Analytics & Digitalisation to lead the design and improvement of HR operations worldwide. This role will focus on streamlining systems, processes, and tools to build an efficient HR setup that supports a global, high-performing workforce.

The ideal candidate has a background in a consulting firm as an HR Transformation Manager or in a similar role. They bring hands-on experience setting up global Shared Service Centers, outsourcing payroll, and building HR reporting tools like dashboards, KPIs, and predictive analytics. They should be familiar with systems like SAP HR, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Power BI and others. Experience with Abacus is a plus.

  • Lead the effort to standardize, simplify, and automate HR processes across all regions—ensuring global consistency while staying compliant with local rules.
  • Design and roll out end-to-end HR process frameworks that cover everything from hiring to retirement, including payroll, talent management, and HR service delivery.
  • Continuously improve operations by rethinking processes and using digital tools to make workflows more efficient.
  • Set up and expand a dedicated HR Shared Services Center (SSC) to support global teams.
  • Oversee the transition of payroll and admin tasks to external providers—making sure service levels stay high, data is accurate, and all compliance standards are met.
  • Manage external vendors and governance models to maintain quality and minimize risks.
  • Develop and lead a global HR analytics strategy, defining and tracking key HR metrics across all talent areas.
  • Build and launch real-time dashboards and self-service analytics tools using platforms like Power BI and SuccessFactors.
  • Use data and predictive analytics to provide insights that support strategic planning around workforce, talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and engagement.
  • Drive the HR tech roadmap and lead the implementation of systems like SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and others—making sure everything works well together.
  • Act as the global owner of digital HR tools, focusing on ease of use, clean data, smooth processes, and business impact.
  • Push forward the digital employee experience by introducing tools like AI, chatbots, mobile apps, and self-service options.
  • Set up strong global governance around data quality, master data management, and regulatory compliance (GDPR and local laws).
  • Make sure there are solid internal controls for sensitive data, payroll accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and local HR teams to keep everything aligned and compliant.
Ihr Profil
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance , IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • Extensive experience in global HR operations, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in:
  • Leading HR Transformation projects, ideally within a consulting firm
  • Establishing and scaling captive Shared Services Centers (SSCs)
  • Managing multi-country payroll outsourcing
  • Developing and launching HR analytics programs, including dashboards and KPIs
  • Experience working in complex global organizations with matrix structures and multiple regions.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with: SAP HR (ECC or S/4HANA), SuccessFactors (core HR, talent management, analytics modules) Cornerstone, UKG (UltiPro/Kronos suite), Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS integration, API-based solutions, and modern cloud-based HR technologies.
