Job summary

Tecan, a global provider of life science instrumentation, seeks Head of Group Controlling and Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the finance function. You will report to the CFO and partner with the Management Board to drive planning, performance, and strategic decision support across the Group.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, Controlling and finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading international teams.
• M&A and post-merger integration exposure preferred.
• Strong integrity and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with senior leaders and manage performance reporting.
• Direct Finance & Controlling for global operations.
• Drive finance transformation and automation.
• Oversee M&A due diligence and valuations.
