Zusammenfassung

Magnit Global is seeking a Global Head of Customs & Trade Compliance for Novartis, a temporary/external assignment based at the Basel area. You will design global strategies, policies and processes for customs and trade compliance, collaborating with Fundsflow, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing to align with enterprise projects.

You will lead a global CTC community, monitor performance, and ensure rigorous controls across regions.

Qualifikationen

Master degree in Economics or Law with additional qualifications in trade compliance.
English, German or other Swiss national language.
8+ years in customs and trade matters and in-house compliancemanagement.
Expert in Customs & Trade Compliance including planning and controversy experience.
Solid ERP (SAP) know-how, ability to communicate with IT department.
Leadership, strong communication and social skills, ability to challenge.
Conceptional thinking.
Excellent informal manager, influencer and negotiator.
Ability to work in cross functional teams, business mindset.

Aufgaben

Ensure cross-divisional engagement and alignment for CTC decisions.
Design and monitor CTC concepts and tools for compliance and data management.
Build governance structures for global, regional and local CTC teams.
