Job summary

Michael Page is helping a globally listed technology client in Zug, Switzerland, to recruit a senior Group Reporting & Consolidation professional. You will drive monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation, IFRS reporting and external-audit liaison in a fast-paced multinational environment.

The role covers planning, forecasting and strategy projects with senior finance leadership, offering broad exposure to board-level reporting and corporate finance topics in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and consolidation experience.
• Experience in multinational organisations and with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and reporting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Review reporting submissions from international entities and analyze financial developments and variances.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting cycles and deliver management reports and insights.
• Act as a key contact for external auditors and ensure governance and controls.
