Michael Page is recruiting a Group Accountant for a well-established Swiss single-family office with investments across Europe and North America in real assets, financial services and alternatives. Reporting to the CFO, the role runs full-cycle accounting and statutory reporting for several Swiss entities, owns the group consolidation and prepares management and shareholder reporting.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Around 5 years of experience in accounting, consolidation or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of Swiss statutory accounting (Swiss CO).
• Previous experience preparing group consolidations within a multi-entity environment.
• Exposure to IFRS reporting considered an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Dynamics and Excel skills a well as strong attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with auditors, fiduciaries and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required; German, Italian, French or Greek would be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Manage the full-cycle accounting and statutory reporting for multiple Swiss entities in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closings, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and financial statement preparation.
• Own the Group consolidation process, including intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries and consolidated reporting.
• Prepare management reporting packages, financial analyses and performance commentary for senior management and shareholders.
• Coordinate external audits and act as a key contact for auditors, fiduciaries, tax advisers and other external stakeholders.
• Support the continuous improvement of accounting, reporting and internal control processes.
