Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a senior procurement professional to shape indirect sourcing strategy at global and European level, spanning IT, consulting, HR, insurances and retail materials.

You will define multi-year value delivery initiatives, negotiate master service agreements with cross-functional and legal teams, and build strong relationships with Group and local stakeholders to drive cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global/regional procurement, preferably FMCG or food industry.
• Experience leading regional/global sourcing projects across key categories (IT, Consulting, HR, Insurance).
• Proven ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and define commercial models.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement sourcing strategies across key indirect procurement categories.
• Create a multi-year value delivery pipeline to generate year-on-year savings.
• Build strong relationships with Group and local stakeholders to demonstrate procurement value.
• Provide guidance for HQ-related sourcing projects beyond major categories.
• Design and negotiate master service agreements with the Group Legal department.
• Align with local procurement teams on value delivery initiatives and collaboration models.
• Share best practices across cross-country teams and markets.
• Provide insights on regional/global market developments for major spend categories.
• Ensure templates and tools are available for all stakeholders.
• Utilize e-sourcing tools and advanced sourcing solutions when appropriate.
• Organize cross-country/cross-functional workshops and meetings.
