Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or Business Information Technology or related field with above-average grades
• Initial internships or student positions in Compliance, Risk Management, Fund Services or Asset Management
• Passion for wealth management and creating value
• Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, strong learning appetite
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages a plus
• Basic computer skills and interest in data analysis and automation (Python/VBA/SQL)

Aufgaben

• Rotate across three specialised control functions: Custody Bank Control (Zurich), Fund Control (Madrid), and Monitoring & Control Execution (Zurich)
• Support oversight, monitoring, and execution of 2LoD controls for regulatory compliance and fund governance
• Assist with governance reporting, data analysis, and exception handling to improve controls
• Engage with portfolio managers, stakeholders, and Client-Facing Units to address issues and ensure compliance
• Contribute to design, assessment, and enhancement of control processes and compliance practices
