Job summary

Artefact is seeking a senior GenAI architect to lead strategy and architecture projects from scoping through to rollout. You will own plans, budgets, risks and quality while shaping proposals and demos for clients.

Responsibilities include GenAI architecture design (RAG, agentic patterns), cloud-native integrations, and applying GenAI to HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance or IT processes. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience.
• 3+ years GenAI architecture and solution design projects.
• Hands-on background as an engineer or developer.
• Proven GenAI applications across HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance or IT.
• Consulting background, preferably strategy consulting with SI/delivery firm.
• Track record in managing projects and leading teams.
• Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders and running workshops.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and architecture projects on GenAI from scoping to rollout oversight.
• Own project plans, budgets, risks and quality to meet client objectives.
• Shape proposals, estimates and demos, and identify follow-on opportunities.
• GenAI architecture and solution design including RAG and agentic patterns.
• Design GenAI architectures using cloud-native services and integrations.
• Apply GenAI to transform HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and IT processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and client workshops.
• Balance make/buy decisions with capex vs opex and total cost of ownership.
