Artefact in Zurich seeks a Senior Data & AI Architect who blends business strategy with data and GenAI expertise. You will design the Data & GenAI CoE, define the operating model, and steer data products from demand through rollout.

You will architect data platforms across cloud providers and Databricks, ensure governance, and lead evaluations of vendors and solutions while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of professional IT experience.
• At least 2 years on AI/GenAI, Data Mesh and requirements gathering.
• Consulting experience, ideally in strategy consulting or with SI/delivery firms.
• Hands-on experience designing operating models, Data/AI organizations or CoEs.
• Experience with make-or-buy analyses and vendor selection.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Design the Data & AI operating model and CoE organization, including governance mechanisms.
• Define target data platform architecture on cloud and Databricks, including GenAI components.
• Gather functional requirements and translate into data products with owners, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Review SI solutions and oversee rollout quality, progress, and risks.
